Regeneration Floor and Wall Tiling
Jewel Tiling Ltd is a CITB-registered company, and can provide extensive floor and wall tiling services to regeneration/refurbishment customers, including local councils, housing associations, registered social housing landlords, and regeneration companies, on a contractual basis.
Our trained, qualified and CSCS-carded tilers can assist customers in all aspects of their tiling needs and requirements.
Jewel Tiling’s workforce comprise qualified and fully-insured tilers, who have been trained in many of the latest tiling techniques.
With this in mind, Jewel Tiling can provide all regeneration/refurbishment customers with the following key services and benefits:
- Floor and wall tiling services throughout each social home as required, including; kitchens, utilities, cloakrooms, and bathrooms
- Specialist floor and wall tiling in: ceramic, porcelain, natural stone, mosaics, marble, slate, terracotta and glass
- Supply of a range of floor and wall tiles from major suppliers
- Knowledge and understanding of the Government’s Social Housing Strategy
- Knowledge and understanding of the Decent Homes Standard and its impact on work practices
- Qualified CSCS-carded tilers
- All tilers and trainees have up-to-date CITB CSCS Health and Safety certificates
- All staff adhere to the company’s Health & Safety Policy which complies with all relevant legislation and regulations. As far as is reasonably practicable, Jewel Tiling endeavours to minimise the risks to all employees and anyone else affected by the work carried out
